Job Summary

The Janitorial Site Supervisor will oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of our site facilities, ensuring a high level of quality and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate Industrial Janitors and Floor Professionals
  • Conduct site inspections and provide feedback to team members
  • Assist with general cleaning, floor maintenance, and equipment operation
  • Coach and train staff on MSDS sheets and health and safety processes
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years residency in Canada for clearance purposes
  • Floor care experience and ability to operate cleaning equipment
  • WHIMIS certified and IPAC training an asset
  • Ability to communicate with customers and co-workers
  • Physical ability to perform tasks requiring bending, turning, and lifting
