Job Summary


We are seeking a diligent Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the cleanliness and organization of our luxurious inn. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in housekeeping management and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hire, train, and supervise cleaning staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and organization
  • Inspect sites or facilities to maintain safety and cleanliness standards
  • Prepare budgets and cost estimates for cleaning services and supplies
  • Recommend additional services such as painting, repair work, renovations, or replacement of furnishings and equipment
  • Maintain accurate financial records
  • Receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties as needed
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments
  • Establish work schedules and delegate tasks efficiently


Requirements

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related field
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Client-focused, dependable, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, and sound judgement


Working Conditions

This position requires working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, and physically demanding situations. Standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, and handling heavy loads are common requirements.



Salary and Benefits
