About the Job

This permanent position offers a competitive salary of $45,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of food service staff, training new hires in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of food service staff
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies
  • Establish work schedules
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
Work Setting

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and team leadership.
