Job Description: Senior Talent Acquisition Leader

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Leader at North West Company, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the workforce of the future by developing and executing a modern, strategic vision for talent acquisition that aligns with the company's growth trajectory.

You will lead the transformation of the recruitment function, developing cutting-edge recruitment strategies to attract top talent, and drive cultural shift within the talent acquisition team, fostering a proactive, inclusive, and results-driven environment.

This senior leadership level position offers a significant compensation package, estimated around $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
