Winnipeg Regional Advisor Lead

We are seeking a high-achieving professional to lead our team of advisors in the Winnipeg region. As an Advisor Lead, you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring our advisors to deliver exceptional client service and achieve their goals.
About the RoleThis is a senior leadership position that requires strong sales management and performance coaching skills. You will be responsible for setting objectives, developing plans, and conducting performance reviews for your team members. Additionally, you will work closely with our Talent Acquisition team to recruit and onboard high-performing advisors.
Talent Acquisition and Development- Partner with our Talent Acquisition team to identify and hire top talent in the industry.
- Develop and implement strategies to retain and grow our advisor team.
- Provide guidance and support to advisors to help them succeed in their roles.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to improve advisor performance.
- Collaborate with our teams to develop and implement process improvements.
- Identify opportunities to enhance service levels and maximize efficiency through the use of digital tools.
The estimated salary range for this role is based on industry standards and takes into account factors such as location, experience, and qualifications. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary, bonus structure, and comprehensive benefits.
