Financial Services Manager

UV International Traders Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying clients' financial goals and objectives, supervising staff, and developing financial plans for clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Planning: Develop and implement financial plans for clients, taking into account their financial goals, risk tolerance, and time horizon.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their financial needs are met.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and mentor staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance goals.
- Financial Product Sales: Identify and recommend financial products and investments that meet clients' needs, ensuring they are aligned with their financial goals.
- Corporate Finance: Negotiate with corporations and government entities to determine the type and terms of new securities issues, and prepare offering prospectuses for new issues of stocks and bonds.
- Financial Statement Audits: Assist in the planning and execution of financial statement audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, accounting, or business.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a financial services or corporate finance role.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
