Administrative Assistant, Practice Transformation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our Practice Transformation team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating various initiatives, projects, and working groups, and will work closely with a variety of partners to ensure effective meetings and documentation.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Senior Manager, Practice Transformation, and other team members as needed.
- Coordinate across various initiatives, projects, and working groups for the Practice Transformation team.
- Establish and maintain relationships with peers and contacts to gather information and advice.
- Communicate effectively with peers and stakeholders to support transactional and administrative activities.
- Seek out new challenges and take calculated risks to drive results.
- Solicit input to identify and differentiate symptoms and root causes of problems.
- Resolve problems and escalate issues as required.
- Follow organizational systems to ensure routine activities are completed on time.
- High school graduation and related work experience.
- Excellent writing skills and ability to develop clear, concise written communication.
- Excellent judgment in setting priorities and identifying issues.
- Superior interpersonal, oral communication, and relationship management skills.
- Adept at balancing concurrent tasks and projects.
- Proven ability to respond to a wide variety of issues and deal with unclear situations.
- Excellent computer skills using Microsoft Office applications.
