About the Role
  • This is a permanent position with a salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service industry.

As a Food Service Team Lead, you will oversee the preparation and portioning of food, supervise staff, train new employees, and maintain records of stock and supplies. You will also be responsible for addressing customer complaints and concerns, and ensuring that our high standards of quality control are met.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule and coordinate work activities to meet deadlines and optimize productivity.
  • Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform purchasing decisions.
