Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Regional Health and Safety Coordinator in the Grand Prairie area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive corporate HSE management systems across multiple site locations.
  • Collect and analyze statistical data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards or risks.
  • Collaborate with regional managers and site supervisors to promote a culture of safety and ensure proper training.
  • Establish effective relationships with regulatory authorities and client stakeholders to ensure compliance.
Requirements
  • High school graduation and completion of a diploma training program at a college or technical school.
  • Certification in Health and Safety, NCSO, CRSP or a safety designation is an asset.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in safety or a related field, with at least 3+ years' experience as a health & safety coordinator.
  • Strong knowledge of OH&S regulations and standards.
