Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Wireless Store Manager to join our team. As a Wireless Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives. You will also be responsible for providing ongoing training, coaching, and development to your team to improve their skills, product knowledge, and customer service abilities.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and development to your team to improve their skills, product knowledge, and customer service abilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and achieve business objectives
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales representatives, providing feedback and implementing performance improvement plans as needed
- Ensure that the highest level of service is provided to all customers, resolving escalations and maintaining customer satisfaction
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Proven leadership and management experience in a retail or sales environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and develop a team of sales representatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
