At Glentel Inc., we're seeking a skilled Wireless Store Manager to lead our team of sales representatives and drive sales success. As a key member of our retail team, you'll be responsible for motivating and guiding your team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
About the Role:
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Participate in engaging customers in sales activities and provide ongoing training and development to improve their skills and product knowledge.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales representatives, providing feedback and implementing performance improvement plans as needed.
- Oversee inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize shrinkage and inventory turnover.
- Manage product placement, signage, and displays to maximize sales and enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Adhere to store-level budgets by effectively managing expenses, labor costs, and financial performance.
