Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Education Supervisor to join our team in Guelph, Ontario. This role will play a key part in delivering seamless services and programs as part of a collaborative, inter-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining professional and ethical standards of nursing, providing expertise within the realms of assessment, practice, education, and training. Key responsibilities include:
• Providing education and training to nurses and other disciplines through various modalities across all Homewood clinical areas
• Collaborating with colleagues and the Clinical Management Team to develop, implement, and evaluate education programs
• Developing and presenting educational programs to internal and external customers
• Coaching and mentoring clinical staff in the delivery of evidence-based practices
• Supervising Clinical Coordinators and directing and evaluating staff performance

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant Social Sciences, Nursing, or other health-related discipline
• Valid registration with a relevant college/governing body in Ontario that allows the performance of the controlled act of psychotherapy
• Mental Health Nursing certificate preferred for Nursing candidates
• Minimum 5 years' experience with mental health and addiction required
• Excellent coaching, mentoring, presentation, and leadership skills
• Ability to conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop crisis and discharge plans
