Job Title: Bookkeeper

Tuff Trucking Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Payroll and Benefits: Process payroll, manage benefits, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, optimize financial performance, and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
  • Skills: Accurate, client focus, flexibility, organized.
Working Conditions:
  • Work Schedule: 35 hours per week.
  • Language: English.
