About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bar Attendant to join our team at Paddy's Oneil's. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for our patrons.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange the bar area to create an attractive and inviting atmosphere
  • Organize the operations of our cocktail lounge or bar, ensuring a smooth and efficient service
  • Clean and maintain the bar area, including glassware and draft beer systems
  • Advise customers on wine selection and provide recommendations on drink choices
  • Supervise food and beverage servers and other staff to ensure excellent service standards
  • Collect payments and operate the cash register with accuracy and efficiency
  • Store and manage beverage and food products, including ordering and inventory control
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations
  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including mixed drinks, wine, and beer

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
