We are William Reid, Nancy Reid seeking an experienced Farm Supervisor to oversee daily farm operations and ensure the efficient management of our dairy cattle. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising farm workers, maintaining equipment, and implementing best practices to optimize animal health and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise farm workers: Coordinate and direct the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers to achieve optimal farm productivity.
  • Maintain equipment: Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Animal care: Conduct artificial insemination, spraying or shearing of livestock, disinfecting pens, barns, or poultry houses, monitor the calving process, treat livestock health issues, and milk cows.
  • Work site environment: Ensure that all farm tasks are performed safely and efficiently, adhering to strict health and safety protocols.
Requirements:
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Specialization: Dairy cattle expertise is essential.
Working Conditions:
