Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tayhay Enterprises Ltd. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff

Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of our customers.

Train and Develop Staff

Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure that they are meeting the expectations of the role.

Quality Control

Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and take corrective action when necessary to maintain the highest level of quality.

Customer Service

Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, and take steps to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.

Record Keeping

Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and provide regular reports to management.

Work Environment

The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods. The role will require the ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain a high level of physical energy throughout the shift.

Requirements
  • Education

No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment is required.

Language

English is the primary language spoken in this role.
