As a full-time Strategic Talent Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing multiple openings from initial planning and research to candidate identification, assessment, development and presentation. You will provide a "white-glove" approach in managing full life-cycle recruitment including creating search strategies, actively sourcing candidates, pre-screening, interviewing and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers, negotiating offers and facilitating the hiring and on-boarding processes.
Key Responsibilities- Advise hiring managers on all aspects of the hiring process, including hiring strategies, recruitment cycle timing, coaching and guidance on best practices and sourcing trends
- Develop and maintain market specific intelligence relevant to AECOM and talent needs that include maintaining a network of diverse industry contacts and partnering closely with strategic diversity initiatives
- Responsible for developing, recommending and executing recruitment strategy with decision makers to ensure a successful candidate search within the identified time frames
- Use proactive methods to network with industry experts and professional industry related associations, in order to build ongoing passive candidate networks
- Build relationships and communicate consistently and proactively throughout the recruitment process to ensure all participants in the hiring process are updated and well informed
To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree and 6 years of talent scouting focused on identifying, assessing, attracting and hiring top talent or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education (mix of street smarts and book smarts). Knowledge of the Architectural, Engineering and Construction space is a plus. You should also be proficient with Microsoft Office, ATS, and AI-powered applicant tracking systems.
Compensation and BenefitsThe estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience. AECOM offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
