We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will report directly to the National Sales Manager and be responsible for supporting the sales process, installing microscopes and medical equipment, and providing clinical support for clinical trials and post-sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the National Sales Manager with account activity, primarily in the province of Ontario
  • Assist with the sales process, including creating quotations for the sales team across the country
  • Prospect new sales opportunities by visiting and cold calling hospitals and clinics
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships, meeting with customers to understand their needs and seeking opportunities to increase sales
  • Develop new sales strategies and provide solutions to customer concerns
  • Update the CRM system

Requirements:

  • Sales experience is not mandatory, but highly motivated and driven individuals are preferred
  • 1+ years of related experience in medical/surgical sales is an asset
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial attitude and a focus on customer service
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and organize in a rapidly changing environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must possess a vehicle, with travel requirements of approximately 2,000km per month
  • Travel away from home base 3-5 nights per month, but can vary
  • Physically capable of lifting 50lbs
  • Comfortable with tools and conducting in-field diagnosis and repairs of medical equipment

Compensation: Salary is $60,000 to $65,000 + commission. We offer a competitive compensation package and opportunities for growth and development.
