Job Description

Crystal Clean Maintenance Ltd. is a reputable family-owned business with over 60 years of experience in the cleaning industry, employing a team of over 250 full and part-time cleaners across the Maritimes. Main Responsibilities

Our part-time professional cleaner will be responsible for:

  • Cleaning and disinfecting high-traffic areas, washrooms, and other areas as requested by our corporate clients.
  • Replenishing supplies in restrooms, break rooms, and other areas.
  • Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
  • Emptying trash cans and recyclables into disposal areas.
  • Operating an auto scrubber.

This position is for Wednesdays and Sundays, with a 1-hour work commitment each day.

Work Environment

Our fast-paced work environment requires physical demands, including walking, standing, bending, and crouching.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must:

  • Be legally able to obtain employment in Canada without sponsorship.
  • Be detail-oriented and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Be friendly and professional in your interactions with clients and colleagues.
  • Have a desire to learn, take on new challenges, and assume additional responsibilities.
  • Have reasoning ability and good common sense to solve practical problems.
  • Identify potential safety or maintenance issues and communicate them to your supervisor.
  • Comply with all safety policies and procedures related to task performance, product use, and incident reporting.
  • Be able to communicate effectively in English and understand and follow directions.
