Job Overview

You will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of our facilities at all times. Some of the key duties and responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining common areas, including kitchens and washrooms
  • Mopping, sweeping, and wiping down surfaces
  • Cleaning windows and keeping blinds dust-free
  • Taking out and disposing of garbage
  • Maintaining cleaning equipment and materials in a safe and sanitary working condition
  • Monitoring and reporting any repairs or required replacements

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques, and methods
  • WHMIS Certification (an asset)
  • Physical stamina and mobility, including the ability to reach, kneel, and bend
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull required loads (up to 50lbs)
