The successful candidate will be responsible for counting expenses, processing invoices, maintaining records, and responding to suppliers and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track and record various documents, count expenses by store using computer software.
- Receive and process all maintenance-related invoices and perform necessary actions.
- Issue work authorizations to suppliers.
- Perform other clerical tasks related to the job.
- Respond to customer inquiries (divisions) regarding maintenance and refer complex questions to supervisors or superiors.
Requirements:
- DEC in accounting or equivalent.
- 2 years of experience with frequent interactions with suppliers and customers.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel in a Windows environment.
- Familiarity with SAP software.
- Ability to organize work and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with maintenance issues is an asset.
