Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for counting expenses, processing invoices, maintaining records, and responding to suppliers and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track and record various documents, count expenses by store using computer software.
  • Receive and process all maintenance-related invoices and perform necessary actions.
  • Issue work authorizations to suppliers.
  • Perform other clerical tasks related to the job.
  • Respond to customer inquiries (divisions) regarding maintenance and refer complex questions to supervisors or superiors.

Requirements:

  • DEC in accounting or equivalent.
  • 2 years of experience with frequent interactions with suppliers and customers.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel in a Windows environment.
  • Familiarity with SAP software.
  • Ability to organize work and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with maintenance issues is an asset.
