Job Title: Compassionate Child Caregiver

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated child caregiver to join our team at MB Family. This is a permanent, full-time position offering 40 hours of work per week with a competitive salary.

About the Job

This role involves providing exceptional care for infants and children in a loving and supportive environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a safe and healthy environment, preparing nutritious meals, and engaging children in activities that promote their emotional well-being and cognitive development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality childcare services, including bathing, dressing, and feeding infants and children
  • Maintain a clean and organized home environment, performing light housekeeping and cleaning duties as needed
  • Plan and implement fun and educational activities for children, promoting their physical, emotional, and social development
  • Transport children to and from school and appointments, using public transportation or other approved methods
  • Assume full responsibility for household duties in the absence of parents, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in childcare or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and other caregivers
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
