Job Title: Office Manager and Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our regulatory team as an Office Manager and Administrator. This is a key role that will provide administrative support to our team and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the regulatory team, including bookkeeping, payroll, benefits, and expenses.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including client project databases and office administration.
  • Assist with monthly and year-end reporting to ownership groups and financial institutions.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve business efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the environmental sector.
  • Experience with accounting systems, such as Sage, and invoicing systems, such as Open ADP or Cortex.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft products, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Post-secondary degree, diploma, or certificate in finance, accounting, or a related field.

  • Negotiable and competitive compensation, commensurate with formal credentials, demonstrated skills, and applicable industry experience.
  • Hourly rate with overtime pay for work exceeding 8 hours in a day or 44 hours in a week.
