About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at a2z Cleaning Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Improvement: Review and assess new administrative processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Work Prioritization: Establish work priorities and ensure compliance with procedures and deadlines.
  • Administrative Tasks: Execute administrative tasks, including data entry, report generation, and correspondence.
  • Office Services: Coordinate office services, including accommodation, equipment, supplies, and security.
  • Training and Development: Provide training to staff and oversee administrative procedures in the office.
  • Payroll and Budgeting: Supervise payroll activities and manage budget and expenses.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Graduation Certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Language: English
  • Hours: 32.5 to 40 hours per week
