Job Title: Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Early Steps. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and development of young children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Lead activities that foster learning and exploration, such as storytelling, singing, and outings to local points of interest.
  • Guide children in developing essential life skills, including eating, dressing, and toilet habits.
  • Monitor children's progress and prepare reports for parents, guardians, or supervisors.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to discuss children's progress and plan for their well-being.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment that promotes children's overall well-being.
Requirements:
  • Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate
  • First Aid Certificate
  • CPR Certificate
  • Experience an asset
