Early Steps is seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing child-care programs that support the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children. Your expertise will be essential in creating a safe and nurturing environment that promotes learning and growth.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement child-care programs that meet the unique needs of each child
* Lead activities that foster social, emotional, and cognitive development
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive team environment
* Maintain accurate records of child progress and development
* Participate in staff meetings to discuss progress and challenges

Requirements:

* Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate
* First Aid Certificate
* CPR Certificate
* Experience working with children in a educational setting
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
