As the Project Coordinator based in our Mississauga office, you will oversee day-to-day assigned projects, providing advice and guidance as required. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will provide a wide range of administrative support to the Project Management team.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Maintain customer orders using our Direct Project Management System.
  2. Handle purchase order entries and maintain order tracking for all project orders.
  3. Expedite and conduct follow-up on orders and reconcile final billings with customer purchase orders.
  4. Coordinate and interface between our vendors, sales team, management, and our customers.
  5. Process shop drawings for approval/record purposes.
  6. Act as a Brand Ambassador by building brand recognition while supporting sales initiatives and enhancing customer experiences. Ensure that our corporate image is consistently reflected.

Requirements

  1. You have a minimum of 2-3 years of related experience.
  2. You are organized with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  3. You are able to maintain positive business relationships with suppliers and customers and resolve concerns that may occur.
  4. You are able to work in a fast-paced environment within time constraints.
  5. You have experience in managing project schedules, costs, and procurement, as well as change management in complex projects.
  6. Experience in contract management for complex projects is an asset.
  7. Experience in coordinating electrical EPC projects is an asset.
  8. PMP or CAPM certification by PMI is an asset.
