Job Title: Administrative Assistant

First Nation School Supplies Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our HR department, ensuring seamless coordination of seminars, conferences, and daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team
  • Direct and control daily operations
  • Open and distribute mail and other materials
  • Plan and organize daily operations
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Perform data entry
  • Maintain and manage digital database
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • Ability to multitask, organized, and accurate
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MS Outlook and MS Office skills
  • Experience with data entry and digital database management
