Job Title: Web Content Management Solution Architect

We are seeking an experienced Web Content Management Solution Architect to join our team at Bosa Properties Inc. (BPI). As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing effective, integrated, and scalable technology solutions for our Marketing, Sales, Leasing, and Customer Service teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gain a deep understanding of our existing IT infrastructure and business processes related to marketing, sales, leasing, and customer service, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Own the technical vision and work with cross-functional teams to design effective and efficient solutions for existing business problems and new opportunities.
  • Design, test, and implement technical architectures for scalable, secure, and efficient customer platforms.
  • Evaluate new technologies and tools to ensure our platforms are leveraging the latest advancements in marketing, sales, and customer management technology.
  • Collaborate with the Product Management team, Business Analysts, and subject matter experts to understand business processes and requirements, and translate them into process maps, technical specifications, and system designs.
Requirements:
  • Eight (8) years of experience in a technical role, with 4 years in solution architecture design in an enterprise environment.
  • Advanced knowledge in Salesforce, software development, and system architecture.
  • Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, demonstrated through your ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
