About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to join our team at Aequilibrium Software Inc. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing innovative solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop technical architectures for complex projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and technical specifications
  • Work closely with the QA team to define test strategies and ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Lead the implementation of CI/CD pipelines and ensure compliance with non-functional requirements
  • Travel extensively to provide on-site training and workshops
Requirements
  • Extensive experience with the Java platform and Spring framework
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing solutions for financial services, particularly banking
  • Strong understanding of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Micro-Services Architecture
  • Experience with JavaScript frameworks, MVC patterns, and REST APIs
  • Proficiency in Enterprise Integration Patterns and Frameworks
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with the Backbase platform
  • Familiarity with Portal/Web Content Management
  • Knowledge of architectural patterns, such as Microservices, CQRS, and event sourcing
  • Experience with server virtualization and container technology, including Docker and VMWare
  • Proficiency in Integration Platforms and API Gateway
