Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong ability to maintain client relationships and generate new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate a positive and proactive attitude in managing client relationships and portfolio growth.
  • Cultivate a successful referral platform with clients and real estate agents.
  • Meet with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Sign leases and manage client communications.
  • Follow up with clients to maintain and nurture strong relationships.
  • Effective problem solver with strong attention to detail and a resolve to succeed.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Minimum weekly client contact and follow-up on viewings and applications.
Requirements
  • Valid BC Property Managers License.
  • Valid BC Drivers License.
  • Mandarin speaking is an asset.
