We are seeking a highly motivated and licensed Property Manager to join our expanding team of professionals on a permanent position at ORCA REALTY.

The ideal candidate will be a service-driven self-starter who is confident in their ability to maintain strong client relationships and excel in generating a constant roster of new clients.

Requirements:

  • Must have a valid BC Property Managers License
  • Must have a valid BC Drivers License
  • Mandarin speaking is an asset

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate a positive can-do attitude
  • Cultivate an ongoing successful referral platform with clients and Real Estate Agents
  • Meet with clients who need specific attention with confidence to understand their needs
  • Sign leases on Authentisign
  • Follow up with client meetings where necessary to maintain and nurture strong client relationships
  • Effective problem solver, detail-oriented and a strong resolve to succeed
  • Excellent communicator who thrives well under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Must be organized, professional and excel in time management
  • Contact your clients on a minimum weekly schedule
  • Follow up on all viewings of active portfolio
  • Process applications quickly and effectively
