About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and licensed Property Manager to join our team at ORCA REALTY. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, generating new clients, and exceling in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and a can-do approach to problem-solving
  • Cultivate a successful referral platform with clients and real estate agents
  • Meet with clients to understand their needs and sign leases on Authentisign
  • Follow up with clients to maintain and nurture strong relationships
  • Effective problem solver, detail-oriented, and a strong resolve to succeed
  • Work well independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communicator, organized, and proficient in time management
  • Process applications quickly and effectively
  • Buildium experience is an asset
Requirements
  • Valid BC Property Managers License
  • Valid BC Drivers License
  • Mandarin speaking is an asset
