Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling sales and customer inquiries, and maintaining a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Process sales transactions, handle returns and exchanges, and maintain accurate records
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive store experience
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and other relevant data

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Work Environment:

  • Electronics specialty shop
  • Willing to relocate
