Job Title: Office Coordinator
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at HERMES TPANSPORTATION LTD. As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Permanent employment
- English as the primary language of work
- 30 to 35 hours of work per week
