About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team at Golden Uprising Construction Ltd. as a Construction Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of workmanship in the construction of residential and commercial buildings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and implement construction plans in accordance with building codes and regulations.
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join various materials, including wood, wood substitutes, and lightweight steel, to create precise and durable structures.
  • Build and install foundations, floor beams, subflooring, walls, and roof systems, ensuring a strong and stable framework.
  • Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware, paying attention to detail and quality.
  • Supervise and lead other workers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of projects.
  • Maintain, repair, and renovate existing structures, including residences and wooden structures in various settings, such as mills, mines, hospitals, and industrial plants.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in carpentry or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety protocols.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to provide clear instructions.
