RBC is a global leader in banking and financial services, and we're seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Visionary to join our team as a Senior Security Architect.

As a key member of our Enterprise Architecture team, you'll play a critical role in designing and implementing robust security solutions that protect our clients' sensitive data and maintain the integrity of our systems.

Your primary focus will be on developing practical security architectures for multi-cloud and hybrid platforms, including data protection, identity and access management, platform security, and other cyber controls. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a strong security engineering background, coupled with exceptional leadership and collaboration skills. Your expertise in enterprise security architecture, DevSecOps, and cloud security will enable you to design effective security solutions and drive implementation through hands-on engineering support.

You'll also be responsible for documenting security reference architectures and roadmaps, authoring patterns for data protection and identity management, and supporting IT risk teams in identifying and mitigating security risks.

We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
