We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager, Sales to join our team at Suba Beauty Canada Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts
- Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning
- Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments
- Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
- Allocate material, human and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
- Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
- 5 years or more of experience in sales management
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a tight deadline. The work will involve working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
