Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Canadian Tire Gas Bar. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store, providing excellent customer service, and leading a team of sales associates.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Customer Service: Greet customers, discuss merchandise, and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Merchandise Management: Organize and maintain inventory, prepare merchandise for sale, and assist with display and visual merchandising.
- Operations: Establish work schedules, authorize returns, and prepare reports on sales volumes and personnel matters.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with attention to detail and repetitive tasks.
- Personal Suitability: Reliability, team player, collaborative, hardworking, and a permanent work term.
