Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Mahalakshmi enterprises Inc.
Job Summary:The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of sales staff, managing store operations, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and train sales staff to meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Manage store operations, including inventory, merchandising, and visual displays
- Authorize payments, manage cash, and maintain accurate records
- Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor performance
- Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and develop staff
- Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise
- Organize and maintain inventory, including receiving, stocking, and rotating merchandise
- Supervise and coordinate activities of workers, including sales staff, stockroom staff, and maintenance personnel
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in retail management or a related field
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Flexibility and ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
The Retail Store Supervisor will work in a fast-paced retail environment with a variety of tasks and responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
