Job Title: Materials Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Materials Coordinator to join our team at Budget Glass. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our materials management processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient material flow.
  • Ensure the proper maintenance and repair of computer equipment and machinery.
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Train workers in duties and policies to ensure a high level of performance and compliance.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to meet operational needs.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize productivity and efficiency.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics to ensure seamless execution.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle heavy loads.
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
