About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Director to lead our insurance sales team and drive market growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales plans to meet or exceed business targets
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve sales objectives

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, finance, marketing)
- Minimum 5 years of sales leadership experience in the insurance industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing sales teams
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and coaching skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
