Job Title: Snowboarding Instructor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced snowboarding instructor to join our team at Mount Washington Alpine Resort. As a snowboarding instructor, you will be responsible for teaching and guiding guests of all skill levels in the art of snowboarding.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver snowboarding lessons to individuals and groups
  • Assess and provide feedback on student progress
  • Develop and implement lesson plans to meet the needs of diverse learners
  • Ensure a safe and enjoyable learning environment
  • Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues
Requirements:
  • Canadian Association of Snowboard Instructors (CASI) Certification
  • Previous experience in snowboarding instruction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
