Job Title: Snowboarding Instructor

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Snowboarding Instructor to join our team at Mount Washington Alpine Resort. As a Snowboarding Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching and guiding guests of all ages and skill levels in the art of snowboarding.

Responsibilities:
  • Teach and instruct snowboarding techniques and safety procedures to guests
  • Lead group and private lessons, adapting to the needs and skill levels of each group
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for our guests
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest snowboarding techniques and trends, sharing your knowledge with guests and colleagues
  • Collaborate with other instructors and resort staff to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests
Requirements:
  • Canadian Association of Snowboard Instructors (CASI) Certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Reliability and punctuality, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and expectations
