Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Snowboarding Instructor to join our team at Mount Washington Alpine Resort. As a Snowboarding Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching and guiding guests of all ages and skill levels in the art of snowboarding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver lesson plans that cater to diverse skill levels and learning styles
  • Provide expert instruction and guidance to guests, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience
  • Assist with equipment rentals and sales, as needed
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest teaching methods and techniques
Requirements
  • Canadian Association of Snowboard Instructors (CASI) Certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
