Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Office Coordinator to join our team at HIGH WEST TRANSPORTATION LTD.

The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining office procedures, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine and establish efficient office routines and procedures
  • Schedule and confirm meetings and appointments with internal and external stakeholders
  • Answer and direct phone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage office supplies, maintain inventory, and perform administrative tasks as required
  • Type and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents
  • Develop and maintain computer skills, including proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Permanent employment
  • 35 hours per week
  • English as the primary language of communication

Benefits
