Starlink Aviation is seeking a skilled Aircraft Maintenance Engineer to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Aircraft Maintenance Engineer to perform scheduled maintenance tasks under the supervision of our Director of Maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks as scheduled by our Maintenance Coordinator;
  • Conduct aircraft maintenance releases and support the rectification of deficiencies noted during routine inspections or reported by our flight crew;
  • Ensure all maintenance activities are performed in accordance with aircraft specifications and maintenance manuals;
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless maintenance operations;
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of aircraft maintenance procedures and operations;
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Requirements

  • Valid Transport Canada AME license;
  • Excellent understanding of aircraft maintenance procedures and operations;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Canadian citizenship or permanent resident status;
  • Eligible for obtaining an identity card for restricted areas (RAIC);
  • Driving License class 5.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a fast-paced aviation environment;
  • Knowledge of aircraft maintenance software and systems;
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage stress effectively;
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
