Canduct Industries is a leading manufacturer of electrical insulation for oil-cooled transformers. We are seeking a skilled Production Worker to join our team in London, ON.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble customized kits using various tools and machinery.
  • Ensure parts meet blueprint specifications.
  • Conduct quality checks using tape measures and calipers.
  • Assist in making parts for customers using table saws, drill presses, and hand tools.
  • Assemble parts together using glue and other adhesives.
Additional Duties
  • Maintain a clean work environment.
  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines.
  • Work with other departments to ensure products are shipped on time.
Requirements
  • 3+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in a woodworking environment.
  • Ability to work in a team setting and independently with minimal supervision.
  • Great attendance is a critical requirement.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to read and understand blueprint drawings.
  • Basic math skills - ability to measure and calculate.
  • Ability to perform physical requirements of the job, including bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, standing, walking, and repetitive motion.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
