About This Role

As a Production Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our manufacturing facility. You will lead and motivate a team of production associates, overseeing all aspects of production from raw materials to finished goods. Your responsibilities will encompass quality control, process improvement, safety protocols, and collaboration with various departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct supervision and guidance to a team of production associates, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Oversee the daily production schedule, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
  • Implement and monitor safety protocols to maintain a secure and healthy workplace for all employees.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Material Management, Quality Assurance, Engineering, and Facilities Maintenance, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to support their professional development.

Qualifications

  • Three years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting, demonstrating strong leadership and operational skills.
  • A comprehensive understanding of packaging and processing equipment, including preventative maintenance (PM), autonomous maintenance (AM), and total productive maintenance (TPM) processes.
  • Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement solutions to improve production efficiency and quality.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in SAP or other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is highly desirable.
