Job Summary

MARCHÙ LAMBERT ET FRØRES INC. is seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our retail store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance to ensure excellent customer service and sales results.
  • Sell merchandise and promote products to customers to meet sales targets.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure stock is accurately tracked and replenished as needed.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers to ensure efficient store operations.
